The Skins4cs Market is an online marketplace specifically designed for purchasing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) items. Our platform ensures secure and hassle-free transactions, allowing you to acquire the desired in-game items at affordable prices. Our mission is to provide gamers with a convenient and reliable platform to find the products they need within their budget.

You cannot unlink your Steam account from your Skins4cs account.

In order to add funds to your balance you need to log in to your Account, go to your Account page and click on “Deposit”. After that you will be redirected to a page with available payment providers. Choose suitable provider, enter the amount you would like to deposit and finalize your transaction.

Your Skins4cs balance enables you to buy skins on our platform. Simply select an item from the Market page and click “Buy” to purchase it. If you have sufficient funds on your balance, the necessary amount will be charged from your account based on the current value of the item you are buying.

We do not charge any fees for adding funds to your account. The payment amount may be increased due to currency conversion at the rate of the payment system.

The waiting time depends on how quickly our merchants process the transaction. The average balance crediting time is 10 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds several hours, contact the technical support of the payment system you were using.

• Users can add funds in certain denominations (10, 25, 50 etc.) After adding funds to Skins4cs account, the users may use these funds to purchase in-game items from Skins4cs directly.
• Funds from transactions that have been partially spent may not be available for refunds.
• Once purchased, all products are non-refundable.
• Deposits can only be eligible for refunds if it was caused by an error on the site's end.

Please keep in mind that the refund process could take up to 14 days. Furthermore, a refund can only be made to the same payment provider that was used for your top-up. Each operator may be charged additional fees.

1. Sign in with your Steam account and paste your trade URL if you haven't already done it.
2. Deposit funds in your balance.
3. From the main menu, navigate to the Market page.
4. Select the items you want to purchase and add them to the cart.
5. In the cart modal window click “Buy” next to the skin you would like to buy and the trading bot will charge the required amount from your balance.

In order to purchase items on our site, make sure that you have:

• Public inventory in Steam
• Correct trade URL
• Active Steam Guard via email or mobile authenticator.

All of the items bought on the Skins4cs Market can be found in your Account Inventory page. It is accessible from a left side menu.

You can check the status of all your items by going to your Account page and choosing “Inventory” in the left side menu. Here you can filter all your items with the help of tab menu by choosing “All”, “Active”, “Sold” or “Sent” tab.

To withdraw items to your Steam account you should:

• Go to your Account Inventory page
• Select the “Active” tab in the tab menu
• Choose the skin you want to withdraw to your Steam account and click “Send”

Your Account Inventory page contains all of your purchased items. You should be able to see them when you click on Inventory from your left side menu and select “Active” tab from the tab menu. To transfer your purchased items to the Steam account, use the "Send" button.

The delivery process begins as soon as you make a request to withdraw an item to your Steam account. Please, keep in mind that you have only 10 minutes to accept or decline a trade offer on your Steam account.
